Temporary Staff

The maintenance of a pool of temporary relief staff takes a lot of work and time. At The Social Care Community Partnership we focus on understanding all our client’s needs and requirements and concentrate on generating a good volume of quality candidates to compliment your core services.

The Social Care Community Partnership can help you with short term staffing problems such as illness, relief to cover holidays, or maternity leave, actually any situation in which it is difficult or impractical to employ permanent staff. Personnel are available for a minimum period of half an hour to a number of months.

We will endeavour to provide a worker within (2) hours of receiving a referral.
